Patrick was born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa. He kept moving west after college, graduate school, teaching and military commitments. Patrick arrived in San Mateo County in 1973 and quickly purchased a home with an ocean view. Real Estate investing became an immediate business shortly thereafter.

Both formal education and previous business experience sharpened Patrick's negotiations skills. Integrity, honesty and remarkable energy have helped him achieve outstanding sales production levels for the past 15 years in a row.

Patrick's interest include a healthy family life, snow skiing, golf and tennis. Traveling with his family and education and music interests help keep his life balanced.
